The philosophy of our farm is founded on the maximum respect for the enviroment to optimize the balance between production and nature under the Regulations of the European Union. Under these rules our farm uses substances of natural, organic and mineral origin developing the ecosystem of the vineyard.
To the grape harvest, executed rigorously by hand, the family takes care of the whole vinification process exalting the characteristics of the most important grapevine of this area: the Trebbiano di Lugana. After the fermentation the wine-must remain to contact with skin for a long period obtaining therefore an excellent aromatic bouquett.
